We specialize in our signature Batter-Fried Whole Chicken – a whole chicken marinated in a special blend of 15 spices for a bold, unique flavor. To achieve extra crunch, each chicken is double-fried and then refried upon order, resulting in the crispiest, golden-brown skin in every bite. In Cebu, our crispy whole chicken is a creative alternative to traditional lechon-manok, giving customers a unique taste experience rooted in Cebuano tradition.
